I’ve been following your whole saga and your description of the birth brought tears to my eyes. I’m so glad that it’s all over and that Kelly is doing better. Owen Andrew looks beautiful.

Owen is gorgeous. I printed a picture of him for Evie, she gave him lots of kisses (don’t worry, I’ll make sure she holds back when she actually meets him:)). I’ll have to tell you the funny sweet things she said about him later. I made something fun for Owen and I’m mailing it today. I want to meet him so bad, all three of you are on my mind.

Glad to hear everyone is doing better. We’re going to take good care of you.

But be warned: you have now entered the period of post-pregnancy time dilation. As you tell people that the baby is X weeks old, they’ll exclaim “Already?!” Whereas the time dilation (read: your added wake time/missing sleep time) makes you feel like it has been 2X weeks.

But have hope: this great (or should I say, infantile?) tribulation you’re entering into won’t last forever, and thankfully it does get easier… eventually.

Be courageous! Stay the course! Be glad you don’t have twins!

I hope Kelly is better! I’m glad she was ok’d by the cardiologist! Tell her I am willing to do housecleaning free of charge for as long as needed!
