As far as change goes, I’ve mentioned to Mark before that it seems people sit in the same place in church all the time and don’t get introduced to new people easily.

I think you, being the man of great influence that you are,should get that whole section of students to move en masse one Sunday a month to a different section, thereby disrupting the status quo and forcing the issue.

As for the new logo, I like it as well. In the old one, if you were intimidated at all it was the sword doing it. In the new one, it’s not the sword you have to worry about, but the man yielding it.

Dearest Ande–I love the title of this blog posting——–so when are you? {Gonna “change)”. I know that ya’ll both have been “swamped” and that is an all time understatement of the year comment, and it truly feels like Kelly said yesterday….”It is never ending- this house business” but look how far you’ve come.. Let me encourage you and tell you how proud I am of all the LORD has allowed you to accomplish and HOW HE has BLESSED you both….In 5 years, all this hard work will be a distant memory.

You all are loved….Write when you can…Love always, Mama K Oh, yeah, by the way, I don’t know if Kelly told you, but CNN highlighted your “area” of Orlando yesterday….It kinda made me feel like I was “there” with you…CNN was pointing out how this area (from Univ. UCF down Alafaya over to the Sand Lake area) was one of the highest car thief crime areas. The police set up a “Bait” car with a camera in it. It took the car thief only 54 SECONDS to hotwire the car and go for a joyride. He was sliding back the sunroof and smiling, laughing and doing a little dance (upper body} behind the wheel, talking on a cell phone, until he drove up to a “chop shop” and the police stepped in. All this on camera, AND CNN reported that foreign made cars (Honda Accords, Toyotos)were the most popular to hotwire and steal.So comforting…The next story also highlighted Orlando and showed store taped video of a woman walking out of a SuperWalmart (in board daylight) and being attacked and robbed by 2 men. So the warning was for women not to go by themselves even in board daylight. The video showed these 2 guys walking in as the victim was walking out so they just did a U-turn and followed her out. All on camera, even the attack in the parking lot. Victim thrown to the ground and her shoulder broken. I couldn’t tell if it was “your” SuperWalmart or not. Anyway, take care.

Hey, Ande—-you did realize that by my post comment above that I meant “change”
your blog posting—not change “you” didn’t you? I like you just the way you are–so I’m not trying to “change” you. I’ve learned over the years that the Jesus best does the “changing” anyway—So I’m not trying to play Holy Spirit here. But speaking of changes, isn’t today the big “change” day?
